Melissa A. Winton has been a paralegal since 2002 with experience in Criminal and Family Law when she joined our firm in 2006. Melissa is also skilled with business valuations and tracing of community and separate property assets. Having studied and majored in speech and oral communications, Melissa has returned as a student to Penn Foster College to continue her training in paralegal studies.

Melissa is responsible for preparation of all pleadings, orders, discovery, memoranda, subpoenas, agreements, and written correspondences, as well as trial and hearing preparation and in-court assistance, witness interviews, legal research, overall case and file management, calendar management, answering telephone, advertising and marketing, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, health/mental health professionals, various financial and medical experts and judicial/governmental agents and officials..
